Chaplaincy
Confidential support in a comfortable environment
Providing support to students in an inclusive and non-judgemental environment, regardless of faith (or whether or not you have a faith).
We offer confidential support in a comfortable environment about concerns you have; whether it's about your personal life or your learning experience.
If you are new to the city, we can offer assistance on finding various worship centres in the city.

Faith Room
The Chaplaincy maintains the Faith Room, situated in Herbert Collins building (HC206). This is open to all students and staff during the day for personal private prayer, or somewhere to be quiet. Faith meetings can be held in the Faith room, but need to be booked with the Chaplaincy Office.
We also have a new Prayer Room in Herbert Collins building (HC207), which has permanent curtains in it, enabling it to be divided into separate prayer areas, (e.g. for men and women).
At Warsash, the Faith Room is situated at the end of the corridor in the Mountbatten Library building (Room ML002), and the keys can be collected from Reception. This room is open to all students and staff during the day for personal private prayer, or somewhere to be quiet.
If you require any assistance in planning Faith meetings or in the use of this room, please do not hesitate to contact the Chaplain or the Warsash Student Advisor.
