To contact one of the Counselling team you can:

• Visit the Students 1st Information Centre
  
• Telephone the Counselling office directly on 023 8031 9730 (8.30am - 5pm Monday-Thursday and 8.30am - 4pm Fridays)
  
• E-mail the Counselling team on counselling@solent.ac.uk  

We are not always available to take phone calls but will ring or e-mail you back as soon as we pick up your message.

The Counselling office telephone number and e-mail address can only be accessed by the Counselling team. This means you can leave your name and contact number confidentially if no one is available when you ring.

If your call is urgent and you need an immediate response then please contact the Students 1st Information Centre.
