Password Information 

Most Library eResources use your University username and password but there are some exceptions such as the electronic journal service from EBSCO and Ingenta, Palgrave and Informworld ejournals.  To find the password for a particular eResource, make sure you are logged into the portal and go to the eResource Passwords| page.

Some eResources may require you to click on a Sign in Via your Institution or Library link, or a Shibboleth link before asking you to enter your University username and password and allowing you to access the fulltext of articles.  Look out for login options which are usually found at the top of the screen or in the left or right hand menus.  Once you have found the login option, look for the Institutional or Shibboleth option.  You may need to select UK Access Management Federation, or UK first, and then select Southampton Solent University from a list of institutions before entering your University username and password.

Some eResources are not available off-campus.  These include ejournals from Atypon link, IET Digital Library, Informaworld and Wiley.
