Library Copyright Information

Copyright is important because most of the resources that you use for research or teaching, both in print and on the Internet WILL BE protected by copyright.

Copyright is protected by legislation and any infringement could lead to legal proceedings against yourself or the University.

These pages offer copyright advice to staff and students of Southampton Solent University. They are not intended to be a definitive statement of the law although every effort has been made to provide as up-to-date and accurate information as possible.
